This Garlic Parmesan Fettuccine is wonderful on its own or as a side dish.
One Pan Garlic Parmesan Fettuccine

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 tablespoons butter, unsalted
8 ounces fettuccine
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1 cup milk
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook until garlic becomes fragrant, about 1 - 2 minutes. Add pasta, chicken stock, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
